Kim I. Megonigal

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Megonigal founded Kimco Staffing Services in 1986 after a successful career in the staffing industry. In just 12 years’ time, he grew Kimco from a one-man operation to a $75 million dollar corporation with five specialty divisions and the affiliate company KimstaffHR dba KTimeHR, 231 employees and 25 branch locations. In 1999, the company reached a landmark $100 million in sales. Prior to starting his own company, Mr. Megonigal worked for Thomas Staffing learning the staffing business from the ground up. He performed sales and management functions in branch offices throughout Northern California and Denver and was instrumental in Thomas’ eventual expansion to 40 offices in 15 states. At the age of 28, he was made President of Thomas Staffing. A graduate of Claremont Men’s College, Mr. Megonigal was nominated for the Ernst & Young’s prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year Award for two consecutive years and was recognized as an Orange County finalist in 1999.

Sheila Kepler PHRca, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

President

Ms. Kepler joined KTimeHR in 2006. She brings over 20+ years extensive business management experience leading teams of human resource professionals while overseeing day-to-day operations, technology development, business development, employment law, insurance and risk management divisions. Sheila has been a featured-speaker and corporate trainer for many organizations and is considered an expert in matters pertaining to business and employment “best practices.”

Prior to joining KTimeHR she served eight years as COO for a multi-million dollar Human Resource Organization (HRO) headquartered in Los Angeles that served several hundred clients with thousands of employees throughout the state of California. She was also the Western Region Controller for a large publicly held staffing company for 5 years where she was successful in mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Kepler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. She also holds the esteemed designations of Professional in Human Resources – California (PHRca) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute and is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management. In addition she maintains two insurance licenses (Property & Casualty and Health & Life) from the State of California Department of Insurance.

Karim Sheikh CPA

Chief Financial Officer (Kimco and KTimeHR)

Mr. Sheikh joined our team with the goal of expanding the company to become the largest and most respected privately held staffing/employment/payroll & HR services company in California. Twenty-four years of financial and operational experience in multiple business environments made him ideally suited to assist KTimeHR in successfully handling the planned growth.

Prior to joining Kimco, Mr. Sheikh served as Vice President and Corporate Controller for a $2.5 Billion in revenue private equity owned security company with 80,000 employees with multiple locations providing security guards, security systems, janitorial and temp staffing services in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Canada. He was the primary accounting officer for all divisions of the business and his responsibilities included overseeing corporate accounting, divisional controllers and tax functions including closing, consolidation, internal and external GAAP reporting.

Mr. Sheikh is an active Certified Public Accountant and he received a BA degree in Business and Accounting from University of California Riverside. He is also a member of the American Society of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs. In addition he maintains an insurance license (Health & Life) from the State of California Department of Insurance.

Azeddine Ouhida

Vice President of Technology and OPS (Kimco and KTimeHR)

Azeddine is the Vice President of Technology and OPS for KTimeHR and is responsible for driving the technology strategy and execution for the entire organization.

Prior to joining the executive team in February 2011, Azeddine worked for Taco Bell America and Yum! Brands where he held various IT leadership positions. Azeddine’s extensive experience in developing, implementing, and supporting technology solutions has made him a valuable asset to the KTimeHR team.

Azeddine holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and a Master’s in Business Administration from University of La Verne with three concentrations: Information Technology, Management and Leadership.
